Order Processing & Delivery

Each Falten piece is individually handcrafted, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeframe includes production, shipping, and delivery.

If your order requires additional time, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from Antwerp, Belgium, primarily to destinations within Belgium and Europe.

Available shipping destinations and shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping service. While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur.

International Orders

For orders delivered outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please get in touch so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.

Falten remains responsible for the shipment until it has been delivered to you or a person designated by you, except where you independently arrange a carrier not offered by Falten.
