Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your Falten jewelry. If your purchase is not quite right, you can return eligible items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Returns

To request a return, please use the contact button at the bottom of this page and include your order number.

After notifying us of your return, you have another 14 calendar days to send the item back. We will provide the return instructions and address by email.

Items should be returned in their original condition, with all accompanying packaging. You may try on your jewelry to check its fit, but any handling beyond what is necessary to assess the piece may result in a deduction for loss of value.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Custom & Personalized Jewelry

Pieces made to your individual specifications or personalized through engraving or other custom details cannot be returned or exchanged under the standard right of withdrawal.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or does not conform to your order.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund using the original payment method.

Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal request. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned item or proof that it has been sent back.

The original standard delivery costs will also be refunded where required by law. Additional costs for express or other upgraded delivery options are not refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a piece for another size or design, please use the contact button at the bottom of this page to discuss the possibilities. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us using the contact button at the bottom of this page. Include your order number and, if possible, photographs of the issue. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.
